Amy Parkman was raised in a family that encouraged continuous personal growth and the idea that our “work” is a gift to be shared to make a difference.
After 13 years of designing and executing employer solutions for a major regional employee benefits brokerage firm, and three years of building distribution for a national enrollment firm, Amy was compelled to create a dynamic and meaningful vehicle to extend her industry knowledge to future generations — and thus Springboard Benefits and the hello iris! platform were born.
Amy highly values her spiritual life and deep connection with family and friends, and intentionally seeks to find a life filled with joy and meaning. She believes that the road of life is filled with fear but it is not our friend — it holds us back from giving, which is the secret to a more full life.
